Leadership Development Partner

Overview of the role

We’re looking for an experienced Leadership Development Partner to shape the future of leadership across Bestway Healthcare UK.

In this role, you’ll design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development across all levels of our organisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building coaching and mentoring capability, running 360 feedback frameworks, and ensuring our development strategy meets the needs of a diverse, multi‑disciplinary workforce operating across retail and wholesale environments.

This is a chance to make a real impact, closing key capability gaps in leadership behaviour, aiding commercial decision-making, clinical leadership, and strategic delivery.

Main Responsibility

  • Design and deliver the leadership development framework - creating aligned leadership pathways for Pharmacist Managers, Field based leaders/Central Support Leaders/ Executive Team
  • Program design and commissioning - identifying capability gaps and mapping required learning solutions
  • Coaching & Mentoring - designing a structured programme, training internal coaches and mentors, oversee matching and governance
  • 360 Feedback framework - lead adoption and roll out of 360 feedback tool, manage feedback cycles and development plans process
  • Tailored leadership capability - Clinical, Operational and Strategic
  • Lead Apprenticeships Strategy, including evaluating provider performance

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong expertise in leadership development, talent, or organisational development.
  • Is confident partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Understands clinical, operational, and commercial leadership environments.
  • Brings creativity, structure, and passion to leadership development.
