Job Title: Operational Project Support

Contract: 3 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Countrywide 

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operational Project Support to join us on a 3 month fixed-term basis to support people related activity during a period of organisational change. This role is project focused and plays a critical part in ensuring employee data accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination across transfer activities.

You will work closely with the People team, Operational leaders, and external advisers to manage employment data, respond to due diligence requests, and ensure systems and processes are updated accurately and on time throughout the contract period. The role also requires the ability to travel country wide to support with operational store transfers. 

 

Key responsibilities

Employee Liability Information (ELI) & data management

  • Review and update Employee Liability Information (ELI) for all projects on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy against data held in HR systems
  • Maintain ELI data on an ongoing basis throughout the contract, making amendments in line with updates from the ER team, People Partners, and operational managers
  • Share accurate ELI data with relevant external stakeholders, via secure data rooms
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner

 

Reporting & documentation

  • Gather and maintain records and reports from various internal and external sources to be shared with relevant stakeholders

 

Systems & process management

  • Update internal systems to ensure accuracy

 

About you

This role will suit someone who is comfortable stepping into a time-bound, delivery-focused role, with the ability to quickly build effective working relationships.

  • The ability and willingness to travel country wide. Own car and driving license essential. 
  • Experience in people operations, or project support
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive employee and corporate data
  • Experience managing documentation, reporting, and secure data rooms
  • The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
