Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Highams Park.
This community pharmacy is commutable from London & Essex and is located on a high street, opposite the train station.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
- It dispenses 1600 items a week
- It provides a wide range of services including all NHS Essential & pharmacy first
- It dispenses 40 community blisters
This pharmacy is open 9-6.30 Monday - Friday + 9-1 on a Saturday.
The succesful candidate will ideally work Monday - Thursday, 38 hours a week. We are open to discussion around work patterns.
This branch has a fantastic team including

2 PA's
1 trainee PA
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
