Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist role is both a commercially and patient care focused role, that requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients and driving towards establishing John Bell & Croyden as a world class Wellbeing Emporium and Pharmacy.

As a Pharmacist you will drive prescription and services sales through leadership, entrepreneurial savvy, and commercial acumen. You will take responsibility for the support, development and success of dispensary and in-store services.

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Duties:
- Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
- Ensure full compliance with defined Operational Standards, GPhC requirements including all clinical governance processes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive medication treatment plans
- Monitor patients' medication therapy for effectiveness and potential adverse effects
- Provide counseling to patients on medication-related topics, including potential side effects and drug interactions
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication profiles and allergies
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare regulations

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
