Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available
We are currently recruiting Relief Pharmacists to support our pharmacies across a defined geographical area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working flexibly across a variety of community pharmacy settings.
This role reports directly to the Area Operations Manager.
The Role
As a Relief Pharmacist, you will provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant delivery of pharmacy services. You will play a key role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver excellent patient care and strong commercial performance.
Depending on the locations covered, you will be required to travel between pharmacies within your area.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent)
Be registered with the GPhC (or PSNI) by your start date
Have management experience (desirable but not essential)
Be flexible and confident working across different pharmacy locations
Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (depending on geographical coverage)

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
