Overview of the role
As an Admin Assistant you will participate in day-to-day office administration, answering calls, filing, supporting sales with answering calls and processing orders from independent pharmacies. The role is varied, all training and support will be given to make sure you are comfortable in your role.
Main Responsibility
- Administration duties
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
- Support the Sales team with processing Customer orders, upselling promotional and new lines
- Interacting with customers daily by email, phone and microsoft teams.
- Ensuring that company operating procedures, guidelines and policies are always followed
- Taking full ownership and responsibility for all queries that our customers may have, and following up to make sure they have been looked after effectively
- Building relationships both cross functionally and directly with customers to ensure customers receive their order on time, in full and as requested
- Work with the rest of the Customer Service team to effectively manage the day-to-day activities
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Key knowledge and skills required:
- Numerate and competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service experience preferred, but not essential, as training will be given.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
