Overview of the role
Purpose
To support the Ecommerce Fulfilment Supervisor, arrange and co-ordinate the supply of OTC products for well.co.uk and chemist.net customers. Maintain records and professional standards to ensure patient safety standards are met. Complete daily administration tasks to allow the Ecom Fulfilment Supervisor to focus on managing stock flow to meet demand. Work as part of the wider pharmacy team to ensure the efficient, accurate and safe delivery of items to customers.
Main Responsibility
- Put away OTC products in correct locations for both well.co.uk and chemist.net
- Help Fulfilment Supervisor to following up with suppliers and/or Goods In to resolve missing products
- To maintain stock records with any changes, additions and important information
- To direct urgent interim items through the most appropriate route of fulfilment
- Raising IT issues and working with the team to resolve
- Support in setting up new products in Shipstation and other back office systems
- Ordering consumables requested to ensure products are delivered appropriately
- Assisting the Fulfilment Supervisor with any issues raised by the Customer Services team
- Following up ordered items, resolving issues and dispatching items when available
