B2B Marketing Executive

Overview of the role

Supporting the Marketing Manager by being the key marketing lead for core B2B wholesale brands across Bestway Healthcare and driving growth and customer retention through development, briefing and implementation of marketing strategies.

Main Responsibility

  • Brand development, guidelines, and brand guardianship
  • Ownership & management of B2B marketing plans and strategy- recommending and delivering marketing strategy to support business goals
  • Manging day to day relationships and liaising with key B2B stakeholders.
  • Regular meetings to drive the B2B marketing strategy.
  • Establishing processes, deadlines and building relationships
  • Monthly and quarterly product catalogues and POS for independent pharmacies
  • Weekly E-shots, social media/ LinkedIn activity
  • Managing and briefing content with PR team on relevant activities
  • Ad hoc Events, Trade Adverting and Trade Shows, video and animation content
  • Presentation decks, Field assets, and content for sales teams that are consistent and on brand
  • Updating website content
  • Briefing internal design studio and approvals
  • Measurement of marketing activity performance
  • Competitor reviews and recommendations
  • Customer testimonials & Insight

Problem Solving & Change:

  • Confident developing marketing plans and activities
  • Developing brand guidelines and process
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Test and learn. Roll out successful activity

Key knowledge and skills required:

  • Previous B2B marketing experience at an assistant level
  • Experience of working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of creative and delivering marketing plans
  • Good communication and presentation skills
