Email Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC

Overview of the role

 are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join Bestway Healthcare on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of email communications across our portfolio of healthcare brands, helping to deliver engaging, customer focused campaigns that drive performance and support wider marketing objectives.

Main Responsibility

As Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising email communications across all Bestway Healthcare brands. Working closely with the CRM Manager and wider marketing teams, you will ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule and deploy email campaigns in line with marketing and communications plans.
  • Own and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with wider marketing activity.
  • Create and manage automated email templates for transactional and behavioural customer journeys.
  • Set up and execute email campaign testing, providing feedback, insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce reporting to optimise email communications and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure email creative is aligned with broader campaign activity.
  • Ensure all email templates adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Test and validate email delivery across multiple devices, browsers and operating systems to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Support the continuous optimisation of email campaigns through data-driven insights and best practice.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a passion for email marketing and customer communications who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in an Email marketing role
  • A creative marketing background with the ability to translate campaigns into engaging email communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience building, scheduling and managing email campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively across marketing teams.
