Overview of the role
At Bestway Healthcare, we’re proud to support communities across the UK through our nationwide pharmacy network, Well Pharmacy.
We’re now looking for a CRM Executive to join our fast paced marketing team in Manchester city centre, supporting the delivery and execution of CRM campaigns across the Group.
Working closely with the CRM Manager, you’ll help deliver targeted campaigns designed to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running and reporting of CRM activity, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, effectively and on time.
The role is Manchester based and offered on a hybrid work pattern (3 days office, 2 days at home)
Main Responsibility
- Execute CRM campaigns across the Bestway Healthcare brands.
- Build & maintain customer segments & mailing lists.
- Monitor campaign performance & oversee reporting to optimise communications.
- Set up campaign testing & feedback results & actions to be taken.
- Support the set up & management of campaigns on our CRM system.
- Work with the marketing teams to align creative with campaign creative.
- Support the documenting of CRM processes, flows & validation checks, aligning with our DPO & super intendant team for approvals.
The Ideal Candidate
The role will play an important part in supporting our customer loyalty programmes, making experience in loyalty marketing highly desirable.
Klaviyo is our CRM platform, so experience using Klaviyo or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform is highly desirable. In addition:
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a CRM, customer marketing or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer segmentation, campaign execution and reporting.
- Retail or pharmacy experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with customer data and campaign activity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Passionate about CRM, customer engagement and marketing, with a willingness to learn and develop within a growing team.
