Overview of the role
As a Multi-Drop Driver, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to our clients. You will be responsible for transporting and delivering pharmaceutical supplies to various locations efficiently, while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and Customer Service.
Monday - Friday (1:30pm - 6pm) with rotational Saturdays
Please note that due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check before employment can commence. This includes both spent and unspent convictions, as well as information held by local police deemed as relevant to the role. Employment is conditional on satisfactory DBS clearance.

Main Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Effectively plan routes and execute multi-drop deliveries to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including proof of delivery, inventory checks, and any necessary paperwork.
- Provide a high level of customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Comply with all pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements, including temperature-controlled transportation guidelines.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the dispatch team and supervisors, providing updates on delivery progress and any unexpected issues.
Key skills/Experience
- Valid clean UK driving licence
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries or similar delivery roles (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical transportation regulations and safety (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules.
- Physical fitness to handle packages and work in various weather conditions.
