Private Services Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Reports to: Pharmacist Manager
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Services Pharmacist or Registered Nurse to take on a key role within our business as Private Services Manager.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services while also growing and shaping the commercial success of the department. You’ll play a central role in how our private services evolve, working directly with clients as well as driving new opportunities.
You’ll be the main point of contact for our wellness services, including phlebotomy, vaccinations and our medical weight loss clinic, ensuring both an excellent patient experience and a strong, sustainable service offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clinical delivery
- Providing phlebotomy services across a variety of diagnostic tests
- Running the medical weight loss clinic, including consultations, treatment plans and follow-ups
- Delivering vaccination services both in-store and off-site
- Carrying out general health checks and wellness screenings
- Maintaining high clinical standards and safe working practices
- Supporting internal teams with training and sharing clinical knowledge where needed
Service management and growth
- Managing the day-to-day running of the clinic, including bookings and stock
- Identifying ways to grow the service, increase revenue and build client loyalty
- Working closely with marketing, providing clinical input to support campaigns
- Acting as a key representative of the service, internally and externally
- Building relationships with local businesses to promote services and attract new clients
Client experience
- Delivering a high-end, personalised service in line with a luxury retail environment
- Building strong relationships with clients and creating a trusted experience
- Explaining results in a clear, straightforward way with practical advice
About You
- Qualified Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with valid GPhC or NMC registration
- Confident in phlebotomy and vaccination delivery (essential)
- Experience in private healthcare, wellness or similar environments would be beneficial
- Comfortable working towards targets and growing a service
- Strong communication skills and able to build rapport easily with clients
- Someone who is proactive and able to manage their own workload and clinic space
- Willing to network and engage with the local community and businesses
