Supply Chain Analyst - Key Pharmaceuticals

Overview of the role

As Supply Chain Analyst, you will ensure consistent supply of stock of Key Pharmaceuticals products. Assisting with end-to-end supply chain and stock management including demand planning, placing purchase orders as authorised by the commercial team, arranging international logistics, inventory management including oversight of manufacturing and supply dates.

Main Responsibility

  • Arranging transport and inbound deliveries/ liaising with logistics companies and manufacturers.
  • Monitoring shipment updates
  • Placing purchase orders with approval from the commercial team
  • Monitoring purchase order status with manufacturers
  • Assist with monthly forecasting activities to ensure accurate stock management
  • Resolving delivery issues with goods inwards and the manufacturer
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial team
  • Maintain Key Pharmaceuticals product information on DM+D, Dash and C&D portals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - regulatory, finance, goods in and sales.

Problem Solving & Change:

  • Reacting to day-to-day queries.
  • Able to plan work sequence up to a week ahead.
  • Managing various systems and reports.
  • Adapting to changing technologies and processes within the business.

Key knowledge and skills required:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in supply chain essential
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
  • Accuracy and ability to follow instructions.
  • The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team objectives.
  • Ability to carry out basic analysis on information.
  • Good communications skills at all levels.
