About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Integration / Transfer Manager to lead the successful transfer of Well Pharmacy branches into new ownership. This is a key role ensuring a smooth, professional transition by coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining our high operational, regulatory and professional standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and timely transfer of Well Pharmacy branches to new owners, following a standardised project format.
Consistently communicate with and support field management teams in the processes required for a successful transfer.
Set clear expectations for deliverables from field teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
Review, track, and challenge the progress of branch transfer activities.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to create a seamless and collaborative transfer process.
Conduct scoping audit visits to identify and mitigate potential risks that could delay the transfer.
Ensure field management and branch teams have optimised profitability up to the point of handover.
Manage the retention and archiving of all legal and professional pharmacy documentation as required by Well.
Review and finalise branch stock take valuations for payment submission.
Coordinate final-day handover activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously develop personal skills and remain aligned with best practice standards.
Represent Well in a professional and credible manner with all external parties.
About You
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Able to identify problems and deliver sound, analytical solutions.
Confident managing conflict and maintaining professionalism in challenging environments.
Skilled at influencing a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Highly organised, adaptable, and focused on delivering results.
Experience in pharmacy operations, retail healthcare, or regulated environments would be advantageous.
