Are you highly organised, enjoy variety in your work, and thrive on a challenge? We’re looking for a Professional Resourcing Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring our pharmacy branches are fully supported with the right people, at the right time.
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage pharmacist cover across designated regions, balancing operational needs with budgetary targets and helping our branches deliver excellent service to customers every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating pharmacist cover using planning and payment systems within a 12-week forward planning cycle
- Maximising utilisation of employed pharmacists to reduce reliance on locums
- Ensuring all pharmacists are fully registered and compliant with regulatory standards
- Managing emergency cover to minimise disruption to branch trading
- Negotiating locum rates and travel expenses within agreed budgets
- Processing timesheets, holidays, sickness and payments accurately using internal systems
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders to source locums
- Supporting operational decision-making through effective planning and review meetings
- Providing practical, solution-focused responses to resourcing challenges
